  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup oats quaker
  • 1 tsp zest  lemon
  • 1 tsp  lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tsp egg white

Instructions
