Crustless Breakfast “Pizza”
Pizza for breakfast?! Mornings are hectic enough but your breakfast can be quick and easy.
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp pesto
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- dash salt and pepper to taste
- Scoop one cup of cottage cheese in a bowl.
- Top with one tablespoon of pesto and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Enjoy your "pizza"!
