Pizza for breakfast?! Mornings are hectic enough but your breakfast can be quick and easy.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp pesto
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • dash salt and pepper to taste


  • Scoop one cup of cottage cheese in a bowl.
  • Top with one tablespoon of pesto and cherry tomatoes.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Enjoy your "pizza"!
