We all scream for Ice Cream! Easy to make and Healthy!

Equipment

  • 1 blender/food processor

Ingredients
  

Chocolate

  • 2 whole bananas frozen and chopped into chunks
  • 1/4 cup milk dairy-free
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder MDPA Nutrient Complete Creamy Chocolate works well
  • 1/2 Tbsp chocolate chips vegan or regular

Vanilla

  • 2 whole bananas frozen and chopped into chunks
  • 1/4 cup milk dairy-free
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder MDPA Nutrient Complete Vanilla Delight works well
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

Chocolate

  • Place bananas, milk, butter, cocoa powder and protein powder into a food processor or blender.
  • Pulse or process until smooth and creamy. About 3-4 minutes.
  • Add in chips and pulse once more.
  • Spoon ice cream into a bowl and scream for more!

Vanilla

  • Place bananas, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and protein poder into a food processor or blender.
  • Pulse or process until smooth and creamy. About 3-4 minutes.
  • Spoon ice cream into a bowl and scream for more!
